One Page Short Stories

illustration page for my short story?

I cant think of one but i need one for tomorrows English-literature class. can someone help?

The story is about an 8′th grader whose grades are bad but he receives some motivation for him to increase his grades and he does.

You could have the boy sitting at the desk with his homework . Draw one of those dream balloons over his head with the motivation such as a large paycheck, a great car, a yacht, whatever the motivator might be. Or you could have a the boy wearing somekind of uniform to indicate his hoped for career such as fireman, astronaut, doctor etc.

If you are limited to one sheet, you might divide the page and put the dreaming kid in one box, and the kid grown up and speaking to a group of kids in the next box to indicate that he has made it through school ansd is successful.
